This is logical and indeed is in my userspace. If any of your little arses don't like it, yell at me on this article's talkpage. This is a (semi)serious article that is brief (so I don't waste your time) and to-the-point.
Oh, why? I entered this monstrosity of Uncyclopedia for a few days and I still regret it. The "quality" standards are confusing at best and suckish at worst, and the content is crappy and in many cases crappier than Illogic. Now, Uncyclobashing is all but uncommon here, but mine actually makes sense.[1]
During my stay personally, I entered in what I thought was some clever political satire. It was not readily accepted on the site. But I had the conception that Uncyc was a clever satirical wiki parodying the overly serious ones at Wikipedia. And that indeed may have been the founders' intentions. But, by having my clever contributions scoffed at and huffed, it alarmed me. Uncyc isn't about the satire. It's about the lulz...
Yes, I am suggesting Uncyc is becoming more like Encyclopedia Dramatica[2]. I've only entered the Dramatic Domain but a total of one time, and I was appaled at what I saw. A bunch of meaningless gibberish. But not like Illogic. It was overly explicit and the the images were well... too frightening to describe. Uncyc has much of the same crap. I've read some other articles there. But very few made me laugh. I'm all for good political satire, and an review for George Bush's memoir[3] I read there was hilarious. I thought that is what the site was about. But, the vast majority of other articles were Dramatica-esque with a bunch of explicit crap about that thing and other things that made my eyes bleed. All in all, most of it was a bunch of suggestive crap mainly commenting on high school life. I graduated years ago[4] and the commentary that is stupid and not just funny on modern high school life just doesn't cut it. I mean like, those HowTo's like the one about asking a girl out and other smut like that. Or the articles like the one on iCarly. Meh.
Point is: I needed to vent out my extreme dissatisfaction on Dramatica II. There ya go. If I persuaded any of you from visiting Uncle Pete, I am glad. If not, who gives a crap?
