Baker City is a wonderful seaside community located on a tiny island in the Pacific Ocean.

History

Baker City was founded in 1967 when a drunken hippie chef washed ashore during a storm, after, according to some reports, attempting to rapidly mutate into a space penguin and rejoin his flock amongst the stars. He floated for several days before encountering a magical unicorn seal which offered him the power to grow wheat from his armpits in exchange for directions to Super Japan. The uniseal thanked the hippie, and teleported away. A bountiful harvest sprang fourth from his pits. With this wheat, he made a raft. Unfortunately for the seal, he landed in Kansastan, where there is no water and he was quickly dehydrated and sold as Super Jerky.
