Wikinotary is not an official name in any other language, but it has a very long name in English, which means it has been translated to 10 letters of recommendation by English people who are fluent in the United States of America English full.

Wikinotary is the free notary public service from the Wikimedia Foundation. It is marketed as such not because it costs $0, but because by using the service, you are allowing all documents notarized to be released under a Creative Commons license. Nobody knows how having random people's legal documents released under the Creative Commons benefits either the Foundation or their customers, but it makes them sound libertarian, or whatever they're trying to do.
