Alejandro Del Santiago, also known as Rancid Milk, is the current President of San Marino. He was first elected in 1917 and has been continously elected ever since, the only abstainer being an angry Spaniard named El Derrik The Destroyer.
Schizophrenic Hallucinations[edit | edit source]
Alejandro Del Santiago often inhabits the troubled mind of a severely schizophrenic English schoolboy named Oscar. He often gains control of this child just to spread his political propoganda and push people off buildings.
