Forum:Featured Images - yay oder nay?

So this afternoon I finally got off my fat butt (or rather not, since I sat down at the computer) and started to do something about the featured image thing. Dunno what you guys think of the idea but it's been kicking around for ages and I thought it was time to actually, you know, nick the formatting from Uncyc and put it on the front page.

I wanted some approval as well as some ideas on how it might work: voting? Admin selection? Random selection from a category?

Silly fonchezzz :P it'\s a joke. Also, I like the idea of featuring images as ?pedia has a vast backlog of genius ms paint concepts, so I guess I'm for. My first preconception was to say no, cos we've got a heck of a lot of that kinda stuff already, but what the hey. -- 17:32, 15 Aym 2008 (UTC)
