I have attached a speaker to my head to amplify my thoughts so people will quit asking me for sandwiches.

Well, that depends... are you thinking about sandwiches? If you are, they may ask more. If you think about lemurs, though, then you might attract some lemurs.

One time I attached a speaker to my head and it made things worse. Instead of amplifying my thoughts to the world, it just made them louder in my head, so my inner-perceived ears were constantly ringing. Then I removed them with a spork, and in the process removed the left half of my brain, leaving me only able to mvoe the left halfof my body with the right side of my brain. —rms talk 23:57, 9 Serpeniver 2010 (UTC)
