ITT Technical Institute is a government certified education substitute and front for organized crime. Founded by Gunther Quisling in 1996 under the auspices of the Pentagon, the purported mission statement is to give troublesome war vets a place to go occupy themselves, convinced what they're doing is "learning". Potential candidates are weeded out from vegetables, raccoons, breasts, intelligent people[1], and cement blocks.
