NORMAL, Wisconsin -- The 438 lakes and other bodies of water in this county of Whaxmetric, Wisconsin have been declared open for fishing with "small explosives and ordinance, in power equal to or less than three sticks of dynamite", according to local reporter Ares Metrinome.

The years event is being sponsored this year by Wikipedia and Gold Bond Medicated Powder. High explosives have been donated by the US Army. Contestants representing 44 countries over four continents will be competing for a top purse of $40,000 Canadian.
