Jay Foreman (born in Stratosphere, London) is a madass scientist, who created the cloning machine for laughs and lols.

Why did he do that?

While the that sentence above might made him bad, he is literally the god of laughs, so of course there's a fun reason for that! His favourite band is beetles, so he most probably made the cloning thing to copy that walking photo!
