Los Santos is the city and state capital of San Andreas. It is the murder capital of the USA populated by over-pampered movie stars prostitutes and gangsters. 'Nuff said.

P.S I forgot to mention it's the heart attack capital as well.

Law

Police will attempt to murder you for the slightest crimes such as running into the back of a cop car or popping a citizen in the head with a shotgun.
