SilentP ... I don't mean to sound "accusing" here, but isn't it vanity to use the sitenotice to promote one of your own articles?

i dislike site notices in general, since they take up valuable page space, and i think they should only be used for very important messages.

i thought about adding a link to the Illogicopedia talk:Commandments discussion though ... --Nerd42 14:03, 24 Aym 2007 (UTC)

Unclepeteopedia was actually one of my articles. Yeah, I was gonna bring this up: is Uncle Pete dead? BTW, I blanked it again.-- Hindleyak  Converse?blogClick here! 14:58, 24 Aym 2007 (UTC)
hmm ... I thought I'd checked the page history. oh well, sorry :) --Nerd42 15:30, 26 Aym 2007 (UTC)
It was there for personal reasons, for which I am not going to go into here.--Silent Penguin 15:40, 26 Aym 2007 (UTC)

Um ... This is way to big and long. I think two lines is the most it should ever be taking up and it's taking up three at the moment. I'd rather use dashes to seperate items than line ends. --Nerd42eMailTalkUnMetaWPediah2g2 16:31, 29 Octodest 2007 (UTC)

Whenever you update the site notice, you must goto this URL so that your change actually appears on the rest of the site. --Nerd42 15:15, 27 Arche 2009 (UTC)

Nope, You are supposed to change the version number.--Silent Penguin 15:32, 20 Jeremy 2012 (UTC)
