Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc

Post Hoc Ergo Propter Hoc (Latin: After this, therefore because [of] this) is a valid form of argument because it's logical. It is where we Humans use our powerful brains to reason like this: P1: Y happened after X. C: Therefore X caused Y.

Those evil philosophers are ignorant about the power of this amazing and glorious argument. They defiled it by considering it a logical fallacy! The only reason they think this is because Sargon of Akkad stubbed his toe[1]. How do we know it's the cause? We know this because it happened centuries before those evil philosophers did it! We can save the world by using time travel to move the stone that Sargon of Akkad stubbed his toe!
