Aliens decide to mess up humanity by giving special powers to chesty gals. Many undergo symbiont implants which make them look pretty but which send deadly shock waves from the nipples when certain ambient parameters are exceeded. The male mortality rate makes several ethnic groups no longer viable and "corrections" are imposed on the population in 2004. Lesbian activists refuse and some are sexecuted. The sonic disruptor has really messed things up and priests pray in public for its elimination.
