- No, I don't care for those types of cheese. I shall not describe my reaction the one and only time I tried Brie. After that, I discovered that there is a huge number of similar cheeses and others I wouldn't try on a bet. Still, cheese... gonna put some on my chicken, rice and tomato slop the wife made, both because it sounded good to her, and out of love for me, her lucky husband.
