YouTube was started when a guy who was watching TV said "This is my tube, you go watch your tube!" The man he said that to took it very seriously and made a site where he could watch his favorite TV shows.
But then he learned of... Copyrights. DUN NUH NUH!!!!!
The site was found a year later and someone hacked the account and changed the whole site but couldn't change the name. So, go watch your tube.
