This little pig

This little pig went to market, became a sheep pig, was used as a metaphor for greed, had to stay at home, had some roast beef (ironically), then had none, and went weee weee weee all the way home in time for tea. (It was the tea.)

Now, why the little pig did all of these things, we may never know. The motivations behind all of these events died with that little piggy so many years ago. Perhaps if little children only had more toes, your father, mother, grandmother, or grandfather could have expounded upon all of the inner turmoils of the little pig that caused him to have such a busy, busy day. Alas, that is not the case.
