Ugliness is a hermit who lives in a big yellow box in the middle of London, with flashing signs on it. Ugliness is considered the world's most effective hermit because no one can actually be bothered to enter a building so conspicuous in London. Ugliness is blamed for many things, and is Public Enemy #1 in America, but no one can find him.
