A choo is a very dangerous creature. If you kick it, it will rape you in the nose. This will cause you to sneeze, which means that you inadvertently call out 'Achoo!'. This effect is intentional; choos are generally shunned by society, so they use whatever methods they can to get the attention we all crave. As they are of relatively low intelligence, all they know how to do is get in people's way so they can be tripped over and have an excuse to nose-rape them.
