Flying ferrets are the most unique of mammals. Like their distant relative the flying squirrel, flying ferrets glide through the woods surprising onlookers everywhere. These creatures are very rare. There are only a couple hundred in the world. Some modern Americans own and train flying ferrets.

BTW they r not to be confused with Sugar Gliders.
