The Nationally Elected Gangsta Regulatory Organization is an organization that selects random babies around the world to be gangstas. The Nationally Elected Gangsta Regulatory Organization supplies the parents with long shorts, sunglasses, ripped jeans, baseball caps with straight brims, bling, and a book full of virtues and skills to teach these nationally elected gangstas, such as spitting, smoking, drugs, rap music, swearing and general rudeness. Also, the Nationally Elected Gangsta Regulatory Organization keeps track of any gangstas straying from the gangsta path. If they fall to far to the side, they are booted from the organization and shunned by all certified gangstas.
