Talk:Principia Zimizmia
Holy shit-smearing hyenas! A "Principia"? So, is this a rip-off of Principia Discordia, Philosophiæ Naturalis Principia Mathematica or Principia Mathematica,? Or Principia Ethica, because I'm a naughty boy? Anyway, I am amused that someone would bother to add so many bytes to such a page. I glanced though it, and indeed, there is funny stuff there.
I suppose there are comparisons to be made with Discordianism, but to call it a rip-off is simplistic, IMHO. To begin with, I am vaguely familiar with Discordianism, and at one time, did the obligatory Wikipedia check on it, but I never felt drawn to learn much more than surface facts. I will have to check for similarities; who knows, it could very well be parallel.
But, if you've read carefully, you'll see that Zimizmizm was never developed into much more than a few loosely connected ideas, and does not rise to the level of density that Discordianism has. The primary fact around which Zimizmizm revolves it that there is no group to be a part of. The user is encouraged to immediately divorce themselves from the original source for them, which could only be me because a person I have "converted" instantly leaves the "Faith".
So, the secondary user, or the person who got the idea from me
I guess the principal principle is that a user should come into the "Faith" in possession of sufficient mental faculties to use reason and logic well, or the willingness to learn; based upon these, it is good and meet that the user think for him/herself.
Indeed, I make no claims to any special powers or superior knowledge and intelligence for myself or my "religion". It's a bunch of silly shit, dredged up partly from my subconcious and partly from environmental factors. Cheers, and thanks for the nod, I think? (kaizum me) 07:12, 6 Ergust 2015 (UTC)
- The former. It's Discordian nonsense. It's a joke. It's illogical. And now it's dense too. XY007 ⊡ talk ⊡ contributions 07:24, 6 Ergust 2015 (UTC)
