Tracker (music)

A tracker is a music spreadsheet. This way, people from the Sales Department can pretend to work while they're actually making their 10-minute progressive chiptune.

It is a very unpopular chunk of software that nobody uses except Taxworm and Taxworm, also let me note Blue Orian and Taxworm.

The Xylan Orb's origins are most likely from a tracker.

Formats[edit | edit source]

Trackers have different formats, but the most important is:

format C:/

To see more information about that format, just type this command in your cmd.

What is this CRAP?[edit | edit source]

Trackers were used to make the Zuma soundtrack. Well, that's something.

The tracker concept originated on the Amiga, then it got on the DOS, then on Windows. Then on doors, then on walls, then on roofs, then on whole houses, and finally, on the building.

The Mod Archive hosts tracker songs. Beware, you might lose your ears.
