Un-nearable

If something is un-nearable, it means the chances of not hurting yourself while moving closer to the object is twice small. This means that you can't get close to it, and entry is punishable by a £720 fine and instant decapitation and tickling.

The situation of already being near the object is, in principle, entirely separate. Moving away may or may not be a problem.

This Super-cute puppy is largely considered to be un-nearable. Just out of shot: Disaster girl.
