The idea is mainly a parody of those documentaries of serial killers. eg. "He grew up in an apartment in a crowded neighborhood of Washington D.C. He had three older brothers and never got much attention and his whole life suffered." I don't know if it would be Washington though (You from U.S.?). So respond back. Hindley, I know for certain that some of the vandals are unidentified users from Last.fm with perhaps some knowledge of memes. It's kind of my fault in this case as I asked a cool last.fm user to join ?pedia, and someone clearly saw it. The redirect funny jokes ones are definitely that.
