I was thinking that, since Wikipedia started the "personal appeal" thing again, we could do some of our own. So I put one together myself. Tell me what you think! (Note: It changes every time you refresh.) ~[ths] Keeper of the Bloodwine

- @The Two Miscreants above: Bleh, I know. I wasn't bragging. I was edumacating Dan about promotions here. They don't happen often. And when they do, you end up with juggernauts like Athyria and people who actually care about coursework like rms. But yeah Dan, Monkey over here is moar qualified, and just about every other active user. I am teh adminz elsewhere anyway, so it probably wouldn't be of much benefit to me anyway. However, I would like to see T3 or some other old non-admin user get it. - The appeals are quite large, however, and yours are no exception. On Uncyclopedia it's pretty much a given that we'd have to do them, it being a direct parody of Wikipedia, and all, but why here? This is not; we do our own things and eat our own lemurs. Do we really want such largeness in the sitenotice, for users and visitors alike? ~

- To be honest, Athyria, I disagree. Wikipedia’s goal is to present information that is reliable and accurate in a logical format. Illogicopedia’s goal is to present misinformation that is unreliable and inaccurate in an illogical format. This, in my opinion, makes Illogicopedia closer to a parody of Wikipedia than Uncyclopedia. - To parody there must be common threads, however. Doing basically the direct opposite isn't a parody so much as simply a project with different goals. That said, if folks do want this thing up, there is still a good bit of (skin-specific) css that would need to be worked out, and I just haven't had the time of late. Never even got it working on Uncyclopedia, and technically that's all the same skin there. I did try to to get Seppy to look at this, but his response was to fake his own death. In my opinion as one of the founders of the site, and I think our other founder, User:Silent Penguin, would agree (hopefully? back me up man) we are every bit as much a parody of Wikipedia as Uncyclopedia ever was and in fact are open to more opportunities to parody Wikipedia than Uncyclopedia is because of our inclusive content policy. --Nerd42 02:24, 1 Farbleum 2012 (UTC)
