It's completely okay to add to the edition after it's been published (as you've done a couple of times), but the next issue is always under construction at Illogicopedia:The_Illogicopedian_Times/Current. If you forget, just click on the header of an old newspaper, or type "times" into the search box. Yeah, I know it was ok to add to the thing after publication... which makes me think, if I were a hard core ?pedian, I would probably only add to expired issues, to insure that hardly anybody reads it.
