There you go. I did that and tweaked it a touch. Now it says "Won an oscar with their article..." and when you type in {{Oscar|Article name}} it comes up on the template as a link. I tried uploading a red background version of the oscar picture but it's weird, it keeps just showing it as still with the white background...

I recommend we add some kind of script that automatically prevents all Forum_talk pages from being created unless the forum page is locked

uhh, well, if you feel like coding the pointless javascript for a function nobody will use, then knock yourself out. ^^ Agreed. Also, I vote to keep the forum talk namespace because we currently hold awards pages on Forum pages. Now, why would we want to clutter up those pages with chat? I'm going to jump on the bandwagon here and also state that I feel the namespace needs to be kept. I mean, it was pretty obvious that everyone was going to oppose it, Nerd.
