Okay, to start off I think only a selection of users should bestow the awards upon people, like, say, admins (similar to the Gold Stars). Regards to what earns what, we could be as precise as we want with this. An original idea was for people to log their improvements on a special page (Eg. Illogicopedia:Article Improvement Drive II - New and Improved!/Articles). This way, when someone reaches, say, ten improvements the admins can check them over and award the first level (The Osama thing) accordingly. Good idea?

Also, I reckon 10 article increments with 100 improvements being the pinnacle and earning the WIN award - like this:

XAR = 10 improvements

BKYE = 20 improvements

UNG = 30 improvements

ORP = 40 improvements

DUK = 50 improvements

EPIC = 60 improvements

CHAN = 70 improvements

SPOON = 80 improvements

WAR = 90 improvements

WIN = 100 improvements
