Contrary to poplar beleaf (god I hate puns involving trees), the codes are secretly for "the urgent lunch for the lead dictator because HE IS HUNGRY". The urgent lunch for the lead dictator because HE IS HUNGRY is located somewhere in a missile silo in the Kazakh desert, although the details of which country it is located in are withheld (Fail). The urgent lunch for the lead dictator because HE IS HUNGRY has a total yield of 100 megatons, the equivalent of 2 Tsar Bomba's (although the Tsar Bomba was not designed to be ingested). The resulting burp would be a funny and extreme sight.
