thank you, though I understand why users would see me as a troll - I made a gamble by creating that article, which was designed to poke fun at certain branches of humor found on the internet and I used liberal amounts of "troll" humor (not with the intent of actual trolling but to kind of poke fun at them) - unfortunately the nature of the internet is such that people can and will misunderstand attempts at being funny and thus we get the hostile reactions.. I don't really blame them for what happened as I may of brought some of it on myself by creating an article that dealt with such topics: also my name is unusual but it is not to do with ED, I have an account on Deviantart which uses this name and is devoted to random humor (again an attempt to kind of parody certain branches of "troll" humor), most of the images I uploaded came from my account and I know they aren't to everyone's taste.. at any rate I'll keep low for a while and also apologise for blanking my article, which was bad protocol on my half. --Oh-Dear-God-Why 21:57, 31 Ditzimber 2010 (UTC)

Dear Sir/Madam, I know you probably hate me and Berty right now, but I apologize for the actions we took. You see, Berty attacked ED's servers (if you are completely unaware, which you probably are, click here for more information). I incorrectly assumed by the frivolous username (at least in my opinion, but it's all right), troll article, spam IP, and Berty's attacks that you were from ED for revenge. I assumed by the use of "lulz", and trollish material that your article was indeed ED propaganda. But, alas, it was a mere parody, and I apologize for that misinterpretation and general misconduct on my part. I sincerely apologize. You can choose to forgive us, or not, but what we did was complete conduct and we are more of miscreants than you. So, I hope you decide to stay and edit. Now that I've cooled down, had my java, and spammed the Simple English Wikipedia with "Weird Al" Yankovic stubs, I promise to be civil in all these cases from now on. Even so, things go more smoothly when folks hold their suspicions, even if just for a little while; first impressions can be deceiving, after all.
