According to this, admins, too, can:

1. Delete and undelete specific revisions of pages (deleterevision)
2. View deleted history entries, without their associated text (deletedhistory)
3. View deleted text and changes between deleted revisions (deletedtext)

but cannot:

1. Delete and undelete specific log entries (deletelogentry)

Only sysadmins have deletelogentry permission. Thus, I guess deleting permissions for admins aren't complete.
