Well, if you wish I could make one for you. A sig pretty much links your user page and talk page to wherever you put it. You can link whatever you want, but most commonly userpage and talk page. So, if you want me to make you one, what do you want it to look like? —rms talk

Well, a good way to see sigs is going to the forum and feature nominations. (look over on you nav bar on the left.) Meanwhile, i'll make you one. —rms talk

If you check recent changes, you can see your sig. Now, to have it come up when you put the four tildes, go to the "my preferences" section at the top of the page. GO down to the signature box, and put "{{SUBST:nosubst|User:Scruffyfan/sig}}" in it, then check "raw signature". When you leave the tildes, it will appear. If you want me to change anything in your dsig, tell me. —rms talk

Ok. So, regarding your article, it is most common for section headers to be with two equal signs, instead of one. Then, for a subsection, you use three. So could you go change that up, then? —rms talk
