“Marshmallows are blatant ripoffs of sugar. Frankly, they disgust me and I refuse to give any positive commentary on them.”

~ William Poppycock

A marshmallow is a fluffy lump of yum consisting primarily of delicious [1]. Marshmallows are found on algae growing in marshes [2] (hence the name). Marshmallows were popularized by Elvis Parsley in his cover of 'Beige Christmas', in which he compares the white, fluffy treats to things that are actually edible.

History[edit | edit source]

Marshmallows were discovered by Johann D. Mallow (1879-1955), and although he was very narcissistic, recent studies have proven him to be, from the average small child's perspective, a figure with importance equal to that of Jesus Christ. Marshmallows are also famously known to have been used by Leonardo Da Vinci to construct the Great Pyramids of Giza. Marshmallows exploded, both in popularity and literally.
