Mother's Day is a holiday to set the other 364 days of the years as days for mothers to clean the house, do laundry, do dishes, raise kids, and satisfy her husband's outlandish desires. But, on this one day, this one day of the year on the Gregorian calendar, mama finally gets a break. In fact, Pop and Jimmy and Sue adorn her with candies, dinner out, a break from the endless job that is motherhood. Wait, Jimbo forgot the candies? And Dad is watching golf? Oh no, we forgot it again!
