Forum:An inspection of the MLP fad

You may have heard of the "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" cartoon series that keeps getting brought up. I decided to see what all the fuss was about, so I decided to watch the first four episodes of the first series. And, truth to be told, it wasn't half bad. It wasn't excellent, and I think it doesn't really deserve it's following, but it was entertaining. I'll watch six episodes and then I'll make up my conclusion. Word to all mah bronies yo. Erm, that's all I got to say :( Anyway, I remember once renting a MLP VHS from the video store back in the mid-Nineties. I'd like to say I was high at the time, but I was in fact only very young. I don't think it made any impression on me whatsover, mainly because I've forgotten what it was all about. And they're the same, too: They both have bright flashy colors, both are basically pointless, and both have horrible fandoms.
