The winner will be awarded an amusingly shaped trophy.

Right, fishfaces. The inaugural writer of the month award, held for the month of May, was relatively successful. Congratulations to our first winner, Testostereich, who recieves the rather amusingly shaped trophy to display on their userpage forever! Due to its success, we are going to continue this award for the forseeable future.

Until the 30th June, users may vote and/or nominate a user which they feel has made significant contributions in the writing department this month. In other words, who has made you laugh the most in the last few weeks?

However, for the first (few?) award(s), you can vote on writers' complete bibliographies. Oh yeah, and don't vote for someone just because they're your mate or something. They have to, you know, deserve a Golden Banana. From writing and stuff.

As well as being named the Illogicopedia Writer of the Month, winners will receive:

• An amusingly shaped trophy and the right to display it on your userpage
• A kick up the backside from everyone else.
• More coolstuff to be announced.
• Becoming a Phantom, and the half a vote it brings.
