The winner will be awarded an (as yet unnamed) amusingly shaped trophy.

Right, cheeseballs. I propose the inaugural writer of the month award be tested out for May.

Until the 31st May, users may vote and/or nominate a user which they feel has made significant contributions in the writing department this month. In other words, who has made you laugh the most in the last few weeks?

However, for the first (few?) award(s), you can vote on writers' complete bibliographies.

Awards!

As well as being named the Illogicopedia Writer of the Month, winners will receive:

• An amusingly shaped trophy and the right to display it on your userpage
• A kick up the backside from everyone else.
• More coolstuff to be announced.

Voting regulations

• Users are permitted one vote each, to be placed underneath the name of the writer being voted for, and one extra vote for being a werewolf and another if you are a vampire too.
• Please clearly state whether your addition is a for, an against or a comment.
• Remember to sign. Unsigned votes run the risk of being discounted.
• IP votes count as half, unless they are an established and respected IP.
• Nominations count as a vote, and adds to the vote tally, and loses your vote as well (so a user may either vote or nominate.
• It is is considered fair practice to not nominate yourself, this is not disallowed, however doing so may mean you are banned forever users will vote against you.
