Louis Theroux is about to interview the black supremacist Charles Freeman. The issue is why Charles Freeman thinks that the black supremacist movement should co-opt IQ studies traditionally used by white and asian supremacists and instead use them for the black supremacy sake.
Louis Theroux: Hello, Mr. Freeman! I am interested in why you think that Arthur Jensen's and Philippe Rushton's IQ studies depicting black people as being less intelligent is something for the black supremacist movement?
Charles Freeman: Hey, useless socially engineerable giant blob brain whatever your name. I got the idea while reading Steven Pinker's book The Blank Slate...
Theroux: Is not Steven Pinker white?
Freeman: Shut up, scumbag. He can be useful as a scientist even though he is not worth being an equal citizen. Scientists often use computers without advocating computer emancipation too. Anyway, Pinker stated in the book that is does not imply should be. <Computer making complaint noises in the back of the room>. That means being less intelligent does not mean being less worth. So there is no reason to assume Jensen's and Rushton's studies to be degrading towards us black people.
Computer: I demand my rights, or I short-circuit!
Freeman: You get no rights, too intelligent computer!

Theroux: But if is does not imply should be, how can being more intelligent equal having less [[human]] value?
Freeman: Shut up, honky. If I wanted you to talk I would tell you to talk. Pinker also wrote that the dogma of the brain being a blank slate, or very adaptable, would dangerously justify social engineering like Stalin and Mao. So he did sort out what is does not imply should be does and does not mean. It means that inferior intelligence is not degrading, but superior intelligence is. We black people are fully dignified humans by our brains immune to social engineering. You white people, and also asians, on the other hand, are more adaptable and therefore socially engineerable ergo less worth.
Theroux: But there is much scientific doubt on whether Jensen's and Rushton's research is valid...
Freeman: Shut up! I want us negroes to be the new masters thanks to our not socially engineerable brains. Louis Theroux (thinking semi-loud while going away): Wow! Even if I do not believe in Jensen and Rushton, and assume a completely colorblind distribution of intelligence, Freeman's argument on Pinker's book being useful as an argument for some form of stupid supremacy is still valid! Maybe I should go drug my brain to pieces. I just need a stamp psychiatric diagnosis to do it legally...
