This is an article about late capitalism, under which there is no ethical consumption, and not to be confused with later capitalism, under which the question of ethical consumption becomes meaningless, as objective ethics is assumed not to exist.

Although late capitalism as such was only formalized in 1955, the concept in actuality finds its origins in 19th century sociopolitical Marxism. It achieved its modern form as a deconstruction of projected apprehension of apparitional rabbits. This trend was exacerbated by the prevalence of hallucinogens in mainstream culture during the preceeding decades.
Late capitalism today[edit | edit source]
The most modern form of late capitalism does not merely obfuscate meaning, but thoroughly eschews it. This can be seen in these excerpts from Das spät Kapitalismus, the textbook of late capitalism, so to speak:

The writer believes a discussion of the nature of late capitalism, as opposed to its meta properties, is in order.
Late capitalism possesses fourteen characters. Seven goes into fourteen twice. Seven and two combined additively produces nine. Nine is also derived by taking three to the power of two. Late capitalism is a Bavarian secret society verified. Gazinda!
