The curse of Wikia

I've been thinking for a long time. Just before we left that Goshbarnawful rock there weas this one perk it gave us, which I kinda miss.

Not that I want to go back to wikia, but some of their mediawiki updates were tré useful, and I'm just wondering if we could get any of 'em back? Not sure how it all works old boy. Namely the one that pre-emptively guessed what category meant as you were writing it. That update was a babe.

I drew a "Illogicopedian Family Portrait". It's a collection of around 15 users who are basically the really active ones. Most of the characters are based on the names, hobbies, articles, or whatever else (ex: You are a Yak in a buisness suit. Huge bob is a giant dude. RMS is a book begging to get read soon. Seppy is a silent penguin. The Divine flufflazerthingy is a fluff ball with angel wings and a halo. Toby is an eifel tower. Ben is a big blade saying that his name is not bennie. Some what is a can that says Some What #2. T3 is the OMG scary alien eating Toast. Testo is an osteriech with tests. pichpy is a mudkip with a sesure explosion type thing. THE is a small child with a paper that says THE. Fonchezz is a duck with popcorn. Jon is a hello looking in the mirror. TKF is a fruitcake with weapons. I am a guy with a crown and a chewbacca t-shirt and mask.)......oops. I think this wiki greatly needs pictures. We could make it easier for everyone by using a wikia style "add images" tool bar, instead of uploading on another tab and pasting etc... Easy for me to say though, as I haven't a clue about advanced editing. bob 11:43, 1 Octodest 2009 (UTC)

I don't like the idea of a new skin at all but I agree with Bob, the upload image button made images so simple. Now I have to open up a new tab, go to an article (because Upload Image isn't on the toolbar on the Main Page) click that and then upload my image.
