The proposal: block I cat tall the dark.

Right, so this is surprising. I mean, I'm an admin. I could wield the banhammer now! But I'm not going to.

First, let's examine why on earth we NEED to block ICTTD. These are some reasons I thought of:

1. He was blocked from Uncyc. This usually isn't a bad thing (after all, the same thing happened to me quite a while back), but in this case he didn't change his ways from wiki to wiki.
2. He has created a page that is racist, and one which is (more-or-less) homophobic.
3. He has brought over the Goa Tse propaganda, to which the Hindleyite/Ismist/021-60/Connective City/Conflict on Never-Ending/Incomplete Nightmare/Giratinite Union folk are disgusted. (Yes, I have many names.) This is spam.
4. He created lots of pages which are just stubs with incredibly long titles (like the Greek food one, but that could go somewhere with the right steering).
5. The bulk of his edits seem to simply be a way to boost his edit count, and he constantly just has his eye on the leaderboard, as opposed to improving the wiki. I mean, we've all got Editcountitis to at least some degree, but that needs to be combined with a belief in writing articles and bettering the wiki, which ICTTD seems to lack.

I don't know, when we reach a consensus. Also, I recommend you do this with your signature in Preferences: {{subst:nosubst|User:I cat tall the dark/sig}}.
