I'm a bit wary of skin-related conversations because I know it's a touchy topic what with past problems, but how many of you guys use Vector? I've had it as my default skin for some months now and actually prefer it to the classic Monobook. I prefer Monobook to Vector because A: I've already made a CSS for petaQ'a'pedia and I don't want to redo it for Vector and B: I've gotten so used to using Monobook that making Vector default would be hard for me to do (no dirty pun intended btw). Sorry. OK I'll try vector for a bit. I have long thought though that Monobook was not broken and therefore did not need to be fixed. --Nerd42 21:15, 24 Yoon 2011 (UTC)

I just switched and am preventing myself from switching back to monobook, which I will be able to do in time. I suppose it's alright, I'm not used to the placement of the edit and history buttons, though.

One thing that I've noticed is that the little banana stars for the past two years of features are a bit off, 2010 high (into the search bar area) and 2011 a little low (over the title underline). I might be the only one having these problems because of some fishy settings, I dunno. If anyone else is, though, I suggest we fix it pronto, and get the star to fit right in the little title space. I don't think that should be hard.

Other than that, though. Cheery do-da. I still prefer monobook (in the forum look, specifically, and the general feel), but my taste will adjust soon enough. —rms talk 22:42, 24 Yoon 2011 (UTC)

I'm at the point where I don't even notice which one I'm using anymore, something about randomly swapping between them on three wikis as a result of... well, I don't even know. But generally vector and monobook are both nice... and they are also both pretty silly in their own ways. I'm actually using the vector currently here and on Uncyclopedia but monobook on wikipedia, if you want backwards. ~ 04:26, 25 Yoon 2011

I don't mind Monobook at all, it's just I've got used to using Vector now. Dunno, just started using it on Wikipedia and somehow preferred it to the classic.
