So you've decided to join Illogicopedia. This means your either on the run and are attempting to hide behind a large admin or you are genuinely insane. Strap yourself in and pack some sandwiches because this is gonna be one heck of a ride. Well, more of a finger-numbing computer based non-moving stationary experience.

Just so the fledgling users don't tumble out of the nest into the pit of oblivion admins and well wishers were appointed to guide the new users. Using the staff of flower power they give good advice to the new users, ensuring the survival of the species. They brought forth the Basic Rules and Basic Rules summed up and made even more basic so that no one would stray from the path of rightousness.

To pull all of the users together and to stop the community from becoming humourless ice-queens the Forum and chatroom were set up. The users now bonded internally with each other decide amongst themselves who wins the featured article award through the medium of voting.

As the community grew larger new competitions were set up and the users toboganned for the finishing post. The pickle prize for the best article in a few months and a Writer of the Month award became available meaning dare-devil users can attempt to win eternal glory.--Silent Penguin] 16:14, 28 Jumbly 2007 (UTC)

You told Eiffel Tower to go to Preferences and enter {{subst:nosubst|User:Eiffel Tower/sig}} as his nickname. I tried doing that with my username ( {{subst:nosubst|User:Some WHAT!? number two/sig}} ) and when I tested it, it gave the exact text I entered, instead of my sig. Yeah, alot of articles moved from Uncyc still had Oscar Wilde quotes on them. One of my policies on moving Uncyc articles is to always illogize them.
