Because, admins generally agree to not collect feature stars. This is strange admin etiquette, we're not sure why, but it is. I very much doubt that :D There's no such thing as a british accent. Not only are northern island, scottish and welsh acccents distinct from it in their own right, the "British accent" derived from the English is pretty redundant seeing as it varies MASSIVELY and often hilariously from region to region, as well as a large sector of people who talk "liek dis man".
