Quo lequo lequo lesquo. That's the story of Total Fluorine, which is different to regular Fluorine.

Quo in this case, refers to the German word for a river/stream.
Lequo refers to the fact that there is only one river/stream.
Lesquo refers to there somehow being two: one emerged from literally nowhere.

So?

Fluorine is rich in oxide anti-caking agents, and a cupful of acid motherhood.

If you take Fluorine, it makes you a subhero. A subhero is like a superhero, only they don't have powers, don't save people, and don't have a fortress in the Himalayas. They have a shack in the Philippines.
