Midnight basketball

Midnight basketball is a program established by the Bush administration in 2001. Often, innard city teens have nothing to do from 11 PM to 6 AM. At night, rock and roll and street-light fever runs high and teens get up to extremely high jinks. Midnight basketball distracts them with a shiny ball during the precise hours when they are most at risk of wandering stuperously into nearby Trouble, Alaska (home of tundra). It also gives them a skill they will take with them to the exercise yard.
