QWOP

QWOP was a project conducted in the early 2010s by the miniscule capitalist nation of New Stickynotistan, to see whether they could send an athlete to the 2012 London Olympics with only a training budget of 80 cents. But even then, some idiot spent that 80 cents on a coffee from the local petrol station, and they had NO MONEY. Therefore the athlete, who was named Qwop, was still able to go to the Olympics, but could not properly control his legs and ended up only reaching 30 metres.
